In the kickstart challenge, I'll coach you through one growth activity (sales, marketing, public relations, or business development) per day, that will drive your business forward. Exactly what that looks like will be determined by the market when you start putting yourself out there, but over the course of the challenges you can expect to:

Here's what you need to know:

• Each daily kickstart challenge will take about an hour - you will be able to manage participation in this course alongside your existing commitments without feeling overwhelmed. Do the activity, then dip into and out of the Discord discussions as much or as little as you have time for.
• Everything is asynchronous - you can work whenever suits you best without having to attend a series of live sessions or rearrange your schedule. Do the challenges daily, batch them, or complete them in whatever order you like - it's up to you!
• Everyone else is committed to helping you succeed - whether you need RTs on your promotional tweets, upvotes on your Reddit posts, or comments on your Product Hunt launch, ask your fellow cohort members in our Discord server and you shall receive!

Finally, who the heck am I to talk about growth?

My name is Milly and I've worked in startup growth roles (full-time and fractional) for over 10 years, climbing the proverbial ladder from Business Development Manager all the way up to Chief Growth Officer for several startups. I've helped founders take their businesses from no revenue whatsoever to 8 figures in annual revenue (and counting!), and I've also built, grown, and sold my own indie projects across a whole spectrum of business models (agency, productized services, SaaS, and a few others in between!)

Here are a few of my (less obvious) personal highlights:

• Launched my first tiny SaaS project with over $1k MRR in pre-sales from a handful of posts on Twitter
• Created the equivalent of a 5 person sales team using only AI agents, costing c. $100 per month

• Started SEO projects from scratch that attract millions of impressions and tens of thousands of clicks per month
